Jim Reid - Chairman of the Board & Director

Jim is an independent businessman since December 2021. Prior thereto he was the Managing Partner of Brookfield Asset Management Inc. where he led Brookfield's Private Equity Group responsible for originating, evaluating and structuring investments and financings in the energy sector and overseeing operations in Brookfield's private equity energy segment. Prior to his role in the private equity group, he was Chief Investment Officer, Energy for Brookfield's Infrastructure Group. He established Brookfield's Calgary office in June 2003 and has held many directorships and senior executive positions, primarily in the resource sector over the past 33 years. He is the former Chief Financial Officer of Bushmills Energy and Causeway Energy Group of Companies. Jim earned his Chartered Professional Accountant designation from PricewaterhouseCoopers in Toronto.

Duncan Au, FCPA, FCA, CFA, ICD.D - President, Chief Executive Officer & Director

Duncan Au Duncan is a Fellow of Chartered Professional Accountants, Chartered Financial Analyst, and holds an ICD.D designation with over 33 years of corporate finance and energy services experience. In addition to his role at CWC, Duncan is President & CEO of JAFETICA Capital Inc., a private equity and corporate finance consulting practice that specializes in energy service opportunities. In 2005, Duncan was President & CEO of his own private energy service company, Richmound Energy Services L.P., which was sold to a public company that later became Essential Energy Services Ltd. ("Essential"). From 2006 to 2008, Duncan took on the role of Vice President, Business Development and Chief Financial Officer of Essential and helped build this public company from an enterprise value of zero to $410 million before departing. From 1998 to 2004, Duncan held Vice President & Director positions in corporate finance with both Deloitte and EY where he led financings and mergers and acquisitions in the energy services industry. He was a Past Chairman of the Energy Services Association of Canada ("Enserva") and served on the Board of Directors of the Canadian Association of Energy Contractors ("CAOEC") as well as on the Board of Governors for the Canadian Energy Executive Association ("CEEA"). He was the Chairman of the 2018 PSAC STARS & Spurs Gala Committee, an industry fundraiser in support of STARS air ambulance. Duncan holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Alberta.

Gary Bentham - Director

Gary is President of BTM Corporate Advisory Inc., an advisory firm formed in 2005 that provides corporate restructuring and consulting services to privately-owned companies in Canada and the United States. Prior to 2005, Gary was a corporate recovery and audit partner with KPMG Canada where he served clients in the high technology, financial services, real estate development and energy industries. He served on KPMG Canada's Board of Directors for five years and currently serves on the Boards of Critical Control Solutions Energy Services Corp., and several private companies. Gary is a graduate of the University of Saskatchewan, a Chartered Professional Accountant and a member of the Canadian Institute of Corporate Directors.

Wade McGowan - Director

Wade is the former President & Chief Executive Officer of Ironhand Drilling Inc. prior to its sale to CWC in May 2014.  From 2003 to 2005, Wade was the President of McGowan Consulting Corp. where he provided engineering and consulting services in the areas of drilling, completion, reserves and economics. From 1996 to 2003, Wade co-founded and presided over three oil and gas exploration companies: Catalina Energy, Causeway Energy and Bushmills Energy. He also worked as a petroleum engineer for Northstar Energy, Enron Oil and Gas and Canada Northwest Energy. Wade holds a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Alberta. He is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta ("APEGA").

Daryl Austin - Director

Daryl Austin - Director Daryl is an independent businessman with over 33 years of business and investment experience in oilfield services, transportation, farming and real estate. From 1990 to 2006, Daryl successfully owned and operated Austin's Transport 1990 Ltd., a heavy hauling transportation company with 30 rig moving trucks servicing the oil and gas industry. Austin's Transport was sold in 2006 to a public company. In addition to establishing Austin's Transport, Daryl owned and operated a downhole cementing company as well as a tank rental company both of which were subsequently sold in 2002 and 2008 respectively. Daryl is currently active in helping establish private oil and gas related businesses in both a direct investment and advisory services capacity.

Jason Chehade - Director

Jason is a Chartered Professional Accountant and Chartered Financial Analyst with extensive experience in private equity, capital markets, corporate finance and business operations. He is currently a Vice President in Brookfield Asset Management's Private Equity Group ("Brookfield") focusing on strategy and operational value creation across investments in energy, industrials and healthcare. Prior to joining Brookfield in 2017, Jason held roles in equity research at Peters & Co. Limited with a focus on oilfield services and at EY in the assurance practice. He is currently a Director on the Board of Ember Resources Inc. Jason holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Calgary.

Nancy Foster - Director

Nancy is a Corporate Director with 39 years of oil and gas industry experience focused on Human Resources and Corporate Services. From 2011 to 2020 she held the positions of Senior Vice President and Special Advisor to the CEO and Senior Vice President, Human and Corporate Resources for Husky Energy Inc. prior to its merger with Cenovus Energy Inc. From 1996 to 2011, Nancy held positions of increasing responsibility in Corporate Planning Services and Human Resources with Nexen Inc. ending in the capacity of In-Country Manager for Norway. Nancy has served on Committees at the Canadian Association of Petroleum Producers ("CAPP"), The Conference Board of Canada, International Women's Forum - Calgary Chapter, Alberta Economic Development Authority and was Co-Chair of the United Way Calgary and Area campaign in 2019. She currently serves on the Board of Governors for the University of Calgary and is the Chairperson for Luna Child and Youth Advocacy Centre. Nancy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from McMaster University.
